LOWER BACK PAIN RELIEF
If I can convince you of one thing, let it be to click on the Spinal Stretch ad to the left, go to Amazon.com and purchase a Spinal Stretch machine. Why?
Because it works. If you have lower back pain or sciatic nerve pain due to a ruptured or herniated disc, Stenosis, poor alignment or muscle strain it will help you feel better the very first time you use it.
Spinal Decompression relieves lower back pain. I know, because I use it myself. To what degree? Depends on how severe the problem is and how often you decompress the spinal column. I have had great success with it. In particular with it relieving sciatic nerve pain in my buttochs, hips and thighs.
I have suffered from lower back pain for the past forty years. It has been a downhill battle all the way. For the past fifteen years, I have taken narcotic pain pills as my first line of defense.
I’ve did the exercises, spinal injections, hot and cold compresses, muscle relaxers, acupuncture, and tried a dozen other fixes to no avail. Everything other than let a Doctor cut on me, or until recently let a Chiropractor near me.
Two years ago I was involved in a car wreck, and as a result compounded my back problems even further. One year ago, because it was covered under my auto insurance policy, I researched and then tried Spinal Decompression. My regular insurance would not pay for the Chiropractor’s, the auto insurance did. I underwent Spinal Decompression over a six week period and twenty visits. The cost of which would have been around $3,000 had I not had insurance.
Within two or three visits, I felt an improvement. Nothing to write home to Mother about, but an improvement. When you suffer from lower back pain 24/7 any improvement is a welcomed improvement. After ten visits, I started leaving my cane in the car when I would go in for treatment. A marked improvement. I was still in pain, but less, much less. The machine I was on was called a DRX9000, and is suppose to be the top of the line in this type of equipment.

However, the next ten visits did not see a continued improvement. They changed the angle that the machine pulled at to work on a different disc. I had hit a wall so to speak. After I had completed the treatments, for several months there after, I was much more mobile and lived with less pain. Then for who knows what reason, it started to get worse again, as it has always in the past. I looked into perhaps having another 20 treatments, but couldn’t get the insurance company to spring for the costs and didn’t have the $3,000 to spend myself.
I started looking for equipment that was within my budget and could afford me some relief. Inversion machines and stretching devices abound. I researched everything that was out there and being a heavy weight, ruled out the inversion tables or chairs. I tried a cheap $20 back arch thing you laid on the floor. It only added to my problems. It got down to two systems. The Spinal Stretch and the Back2Life Motion Massager.
I bought the Back2Life first, probably because it looked easier to deal with. All you had to do was lay there, and that is right up my alley. I like the easy way out. I used it per directions for four weeks. I thought it helped the first week, but decided it was probably because I wanted it to work. Pain makes you a wishful thinker if nothing else. But, after a month I gave up on it and sold it off on eBay, rather quickly I may add.
I then purchased the Spinal Stretch. Setting it up the first time was a little confusing, but watching the video had me ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Now, my back is so bad, that getting down on the floor can be a challenge. So I brought in a folding chair and eased myself down onto the floor. Once I had myself in place and cranked the strap down, I knew I was going to need the chest strap with the Velcro on it. So I put the chest strap on and cranked away again. I could feel it pulling on my spine, much in the same way the DRX9000 had. I stayed in it for 30 minutes the first time and used it twice a day for the next week. At the end of the week there was a marked improvement in both my mobility and decrease in the lower back pain level I live with.
Now, I have two herniated disc’s, Spinal Stenosis and degenerative disc disease. I’m sixty years old and over weight along with a half dozen other medical problems. This won’t cure me. But then, nothing will. For myself it is a matter of “living with it”. Day to day. This machine is making that day to day easier on me. I’m taking less medication. I’m able to walk farther and stand longer. If it can do that for me, I believe it can help you with your lower back pain problems also. To what degree? Depends on just what your problems are.
That is my personal review or view point on the Spinal Stretch. To say I’m a fan is an understatement. You will find other reviews I have gathered at the top right of this page under Recent Posts. After you have purchased yours, and I hope you do, please come back and add your review to the others.
Check the rest of the site out also, you may find some relief. I will be writing reviews on other products for lower back pain relief as well as posting articles that relate to the causes of that condition. Read through them. Perhaps one of these will work better for you. It’s all about getting rid of the pain, or making it bearable. I wish you the best in your quest for relief.
Yours,
Buck Peters
